My late + cancellation policy:

LATE APPOINTMENTS:  If you are late for an appointment, I will try to accommodate you, schedule permitting. However, if my schedule does not allow for this type of accommodation, you will still be given the same time slot and your appointment will be shortened. For example, if you are 15 minutes late for a 90 minute appointment, you will receive a 75 minute massage and you will be charged for the 90 minute appointment you booked.

CANCELLATIONS:  A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for a cancellation via a phone call only (not via a text message or email).. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be billed and expected to pay the full amount for the session.
